Production & Availability

While we do maintain a small inventory of select items, most of our pieces are made to order and require 2 – 3 weeks production time. As your piece will be produced especially for you upon receipt of your order, please allow at least three weeks for your jewelry to be shipped. If you would like your order expedited, please email your request to info@rebeccapeacock.com  before placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
 

Shipping

We ship via United States Postal Service, within three weeks of receiving your order. If you require tracking information, or prefer another service or shipping method, please email us before placing your order. Please note that a signature will be required for the delivery of your package at the address given.

 

 

Care & Tips

Each piece is made with great care and attention to be as durable as possible. The following basic jewelry care tips will help ensure that you can wear and enjoy your piece for years to come:

We recommend that you remove your jewelry while sleeping, showering, washing your hands, washing dishes, doing housework and/or cleaning, gardening, swimming, exercising, and performing any other work or activity that might scratch, stress, soil, or otherwise damage the piece. Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, cosmetics, hairsprays, make-up, lotions, household cleaners, soaps, and any other products that can cause build-up. Try to minimize your handling of your jewelry while you are wearing it.

 

Return Policy

Because each Rebecca Peacock piece is made to order upon receipt of your transaction from our online store, all sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt, and await a response before returning your item. Additional information regarding repairs is to the right.
 

 

 

 

Repairs

Rebecca Peacock’s pieces are handmade with fine workmanship and quality materials. We stand behind our work and are happy to repair pieces purchased directly through our online store that have been broken in shipping or damaged through normal wear and tear. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but please keep in mind that not all materials (including stones and metals) may be available at all times, and some rings may not be able to be resized. Please contact us with the details of your request and we will respond as soon as possible regarding a resolution, anticipated turnaround time, and shipping information. Depending on the circumstances and nature of the damage and repair, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, and a minimal fee may be required to repair or resize the piece. Please email to initiate your repair and arrange for shipping and payment, if applicable.

Pieces purchased through our retailers must be returned to that store for processing of the repair.
